The complex was built in two phases. The first phase was completed in the early 1980s, and is made up of buildings one through six. These buildings are all located on Oakridge Circle, the street which runs directly off Lavista Road. The second phase, which was begun shortly after the first was completed, includes buildings seven through ten. The units in Phase II have slightly different and smaller floor plans than those in Phase I. Building 7 is located on Oakridge Place and buildings eight through ten are on Oakridge Court.
The Astor, Benedict, Carlisle and Darlington floor plans are found in the Phase I buildings and the Briarwood, Cedarwood, Elmwood and Fernwood plans in Phase II.
